The space
Natural woods, muted blue hues and a grand stone fireplace greet guests inside this idyllic haven. Comforting and cosy, The Hideaway – annexed with Coln Cottage, but also bookable on its own – offers solace after a busy work week. An open plan living room/diner and adjacent kitchenette comes with all the essentials (and even some non-essentials, including a dishwasher).
A good night’s sleep
With its high ceilings and sumptuous super king bed, the downstairs bedroom offers a restful retreat after a day’s exploring. Upstairs, a dormitory-style bedroom provides four single beds, each with its own reading light, power outlet, and under-bed storage. An ensuite bathroom with shower and bath caters to the dormitory, while there’s a separate shower room downstairs – both thoughtfully kitted out with top-of-the-range products.
Under the stars
Outside, a secluded garden with seating area offers a private, tranquil oasis. Dine al fresco amidst the greenery or wander over to the shared garden to soak up the beauty of the local countryside.
